ФІЗИЧНА РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЯ ДІТЕЙ, ХВОРИХ НА СКОЛІОЗ PHYSICAL REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN WITH SCOLIOSIS

Якщо оцінювати режим дня школярів, то стає очевидним, що гіподинамія поступово витісняє рухову активність та спорт з життя дітей, а в школі вчителі через велику навчальну завантаженість не звертають належної уваги як сидить дитина за партою. Тому дослідження даної проблеми не втрачає актуальності. За результатами теоретичного дослідження у статті представлено загальну характеристику сколіозу та особливості засобів фізичної реабілітації хворих з даною хворобою. Метою дослідження було ознайомитись із загальною характеристикою сколіозу, специфікою застосування засобів фізичної реабілітації даної патології. Завдання дослідження передбачали систематизацію науково-методичної літератури, вивчення особливостей клінічного перебігу сколіозу у дітей; обґрунтування ефективності засобів фізичної реабілітації дітей зі сколіозом. Як метод дослідження використано аналіз та узагальнення даних науково-методичних джерел.
Відомості науковців та практиків дозволяють провести класифікацію сколіозу, виокремити найбільш вразливу категорію пацієнтів, проаналізувати ефективність засобів фізичної реабілітації у лікуванні даної патології. У методичних літературних джерелах підтверджено дієвість основних засобів фізичної терапії, оскільки вони сприяють благоприємному впливу на здоров’я дітей, зупинку прогресування викривлення хребта.
When assessing the school day, it becomes apparent that hypodynamy gradually displaces motor activity and sports from the lives of children, and at school teachers do not pay due attention to how the child is sitting at the desk due to the high educational load. Therefore, the study of this problem does not lose its relevance. According to the results of the theoretical research, the article presents the general characteristic of scoliosis and features of physical rehabilitation facilities for patients with this disease. The aim of the study was to get acquainted with the general characteristics of scoliosis, the specifics of the use of physical means of rehabilitation of this pathology. The objectives of the study included systematization of scientific and methodological literature, the study of the peculiarities of the clinical course of scoliosis in children; substantiation of the effectiveness of physical rehabilitation facilities for children with scoliosis. As a research method, the analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodical sources was used.
Information from scientists and practitioners allows us to classify scoliosis, to distinguish the most vulnerable category of patients, to analyze the effectiveness of physical rehabilitation in the treatment of this pathology. In methodical literary sources, the effectiveness of the main means of physical therapy is confirmed, as they contribute to the beneficial effects on the health of children, the stopping of the progression of the curvature of the spine.
