Анотація

Фізична підготовка – важлива частина здоров’я підлітків. Заохочувати дітей та підлітків вести здоровий спосіб життя важливо, коли вони ростуть. Спосіб життя, засвоєний у дитинстві, з більшою ймовірністю залишиться у дорослому житті. Мета дослідження – з’ясувати шляхи розвитку базової фізичної підготовки сучасної молоді. У цьому дослідженні були використані стандартні процедури систематичного огляду, які включають прозорі і принципові методи виявлення, опису, оцінки та зіставлення досліджень, присвячених конкретному питанню. Огляд був новаторським, оскільки мав спрямування на те, щоб відповісти не тільки на питання про ефективність, але і на питання про доцільність утручань з точки зору того, чи задовольняють вони необхідні потреби молоді. Молоді люди запропонували створити більшу кількість велосипедних доріжок, підвищити доступність занять і забезпечити більш прийнятні форми фізичної активності (наприклад, не дуже структурованих і організованих дорослими). Хоча молодь вважає, що у неї досить інформації про наявні об’єкти, деякі хочуть більшої згоди щодо бажаних рівнів активності. Втручання, які враховують погляди молодих людей і тому вимагають ретельної оцінки, включають ті, які спрямовані на: розширення діапазону безкоштовних різноманітних заходів через позакласні клуби та ініціативи на рівні місцевих громад, забезпечення громадських і шкільних умов для безпечного катання на велосипеді, поліпшення приміщення в школі для занять фізичною культурою. Забезпечення таких умов дає молодим людям можливість вибору видів фізичної активності і підкреслює розважальні та соціальні аспекти спорту. У майбутніх ініціативах щодо пропаганди фізичної активності серед молоді необхідно зважати на її погляди.
